The Cheese Crackers from Outside The Breadbox are dead ringers for Cheeseits!  The texture is just right, a crunchy, but not too dry cracker, with a great cheese taste. This Colorado Springs based company sells their products in Vitamin Cottages along the Front Range, and will ship also.
