Hi Tiffany! I do not know if you remember me from the Austin group, but we met once and emailed several times during the formation of Got Guts Run...I was excited to see that you are a great part of the new DELIGHT magazine!!!
Are you enjoying Colorado??

I also was wondering if you knew the mixture for Mary's Baking Mix ll on page 46.
I wanted to make the Carmelized Plum Cake, but do not have the Gluten Free Italian Cookbook yet.

I will be spreading the word about the new magazine. It is wonderful!!!

Thank you,
ro

I was interested by your phrase, “glutening symptoms." Any place I can read what these are? If you want to describe, that is fine. I was diagnosed with Celiac nearly 2 years ago. Occasionally I will eat something and then be ill for 3 days. It seems like it is always the same for me, a crampy kind of stomach. Is that what you mean?

Thanks for your site. Tons of good info. BTW, one time when I asked for a gluten free menu, the waiter responded increduously, "You want a glutton free menu?" He then proceeded to research and report back on the glucose content of their salad dressings.

I was researching Pepcid Complete and noticed that your 11/21/07 post listed mint - did you find that other flavors contain gluten? Thanks, Kel
