   Dear Tifanny -
   I am writing from Spain and I thank you for all the information that I found your blog.
   So many kilometers of the race … it’s a great idea to spread the celiac disease.
   I have a granddaughter of celiac six years, I only want to be incorporated into society protected by laws for celiacs sick, who can travel to buy food labeled correctly, you find gluten free food in college … well, to live like everyone the world with their rights protected.
