WeightLoss Notes

I have been working on losing weight (well, all my life right?) and have lost 45 pounds in the last year. I have a goal, and I am determined….I follow a low carb diet (WHEN I am dieting) because it seems to work well with my body. I love to hear from other GFLCers 🙂 Are you gluten-free and low carb? Then say hi!

Update 5/31/2008- I am down to 227, which means I have lost 50 pounds! WooHoo!!!
